The Sharon Lewis Band At Crigglestone Club...
And what a band this is, fronted by the lovely lady herself, Sharon Lewis; she looked fantastic in a pair of tight trousers and a sequined top. LTS... there were a few costume changes by Sharon and each time she looked georgous. The band line up is Craig on keyboards and backing vocals, Lee on drums and Dean on guitar and backing vocals. A very tight sound from three top musicians,Loud enough but not offensivley loud. A good PA and excellent lights programmed to each song. Sharon has a fabulous voice, (no falsetto from this lady). It’s not often I stay in one club all night but I did tonight. The song list was impressive and some of those songs were, ‘The Rhythm Is Gonna Get You’, ‘1 2 3’, ‘Love Is A Battlefield’. A superb version of Eric Carmen’s, ‘All By Myself' but this was the Celine Dion version; there was a couple of Whitney Houston songs, ‘How Will I Know’ and ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody’. I’m already looking forward to seeing, ‘The Sharon Lewis Band’ again...
