Thank you Chris gill for this report; I was unable to attend...
To say "The Haley’s” get better is an understatement, As a full house at Gilly’s proved Tuesday night! The voices of Jo-Ann and Becky are two of the nicest in British country music today. Harmonies as always were superb in song such as ''Creepin In" which was an original hit for Norah Jones and Dolly Parton as a duo. "Make You Feel My Love” written by Bob Dylan and "Dreaming My Dreams", by Waylon Jennings also went down a storm. The Downside to the night was that Becky's husband Brian who usually plays a great finger picking style of lead guitar was unable to make the night as he has just come out of hospital after an operation but Becky says ‘Brian is doing fine’. The Upside of that was an appearance with the girls of Dillinger’s Lead guitarist Richard Harding. The Guitar work of Richards was truly brilliant. Becky and Jo-Anne left the stage at the end of the second spot to leave Richard to play an instrumental version of "Vincent" originally by Don Mclean. If you ever see Dillinger just request this and you will be amazed...brilliant.
