Westgate Common club was very busy tonight, it was the occasion of the Tuesday Darts and Dominoes league presentations, 2014 in the pubs and clubs in the local area. The entertainment was provided by clubland singer / comedian, Stuart Eden. He is always immaculate on stage. As I walked into the concert room Stuart was singing, 'The Prayer' which he dedicated to the Late John Coolie. John was half of the clubland comedy duo, 'No Idea'. The presentations then took place, there were some magnificent trophies . Well done to everyone who received a trophy or a plaque.
Stuart went down really well in the set I saw, no jokes here folks. Some of the crowd told me that Stuart's comedy had
been going well and this was his bluish show, well I didn't hear any over the top blue comedy. His songs were well received, a couple of these were, 'There Goes My First Love' and 'Be Young Be Foolish Be Happy', and many more in between the comedy. Well done Stuart Eden...
