Eastborough Welcomes Carefree.
A nice full club on Saturday night, the band on stage was 'Carefree'. Lead singer guitarist is Rob, lead guitar and vocals it's Graham and on bass guitar and vocals is Mark. Always very smart on stage. They looked very smart in black three piece suits, shirts and ties. Liked The Shoes. Carefree opened their show with a Small Faces song, 'Sha La Lee', great harmonies, followed.by a Searchers song, 'When You Walk In The Room'. A couple of jokes from Rob,(He's very dry), then songs by The Eagles. Thin Lizzie's 'Whiskey In The Jar'. Another Eagles song was, 'Lying Eyes'. Obviously more songs an jokes followed in this very entertaining set from,'Carefree'.

The Mr T bandwagon rolled on to the Carlton Social club, where we saw the beautiful Catherine Cooper. She was wearing a short black dress an a sequined top, like the shoes. Catherine has a lovely voice and a good repertoire, Some of her songs were, 'Jump To The Beat, ', 'Young Hearts Run Free', a Candy Staton song. Songs by Hot Chocolate, Billy Ocean, Catherine has lovely presentation
and some great sound equipment. the last song in the set we saw and heard was, 'Working My Way Back To You', a smashing set and thank you Catherine...
