Top Marks For Westgate Common!!!
A near full club welcomed us in Westgate tonight; I remember seeing Top Marks at the Horseshoe Bar in Blackpool back in April. Since then the duo parted company, (amicably) and Mark has teamed up with Andy. Both looked very smart in grey three piece suits and ties, (Lts). Some of the songs were, ‘This Old Heart Of Mine’, ‘The Tears Of A Clown’, there were a couple of Neil Diamond songs and they finished the first set with a song by a band called Extreme called, ‘More Then Words’. An excellent show from, Top Marks...

members singing and clapping along, a couple of Christmas songs, ‘Winter
Wonderland and White Christmas’. The guy on the next table put his heart into singing along with this one. A good performance from Beebi Del...

The last call was at the Admiral Duncan where the Pontefract band Vinyl Legacy was the band on stage. A terrific sound of the songs from the 50’s and 60’s. Top class harmonies from some excellent singers. The dance floor
was buzzing as the guys played songs by Elvis, Cliff Richard, Roy Orbison and many more. Yes folks a good night of entertainment...
