The Nash, (Albion Street Club) Welcomed Sally Lax.
The club was busy tonight, on stag a young lady called Sallie Lax. She looked good in a short black skirt and a flowered top, Sallie's first song was a Robbie Williams song, 'Let My Entertain You', followed by a Ray Charles oldie, 'Hit The Road Jack'. We had some young dancers from the off tonight; Sallie's sound was quite good and her voice was too. Her next song was a Leanne Rimes hit, 'How Do I Live'. Many more impressive songs followed; the Beatles were featured in a medley, one I didn't imagine Sally singing was a Wilson Picket song, but it sounded very good ‘Midnight Hour'. A good opening set from Sally Lax. I liked the Bruno Mars song, 'I Think I Wanna Marry You', the final song in the set was Alexander Burke's, 'Hallelujah'. Well done Sallie Lax.
