Over in the Prince Of Wales club in Pontefract I saw a newcomer to me although he has been on the club circuit for a few years now, Kennie J is the name. He was dressed in black from top to toe. Kenny has a fine voice, adaptable to many different styles. The first of his songs was a Jim Reeves song, 'He’ll Have to Go’ followed by ‘I Love You Because’. What a lovely rich voice. Some of his other songs were by Elvis Presley, Donny Osman, one that Pat likes, Status Quo’s, ‘Rockin’ All Over The World and Meatloaf’s ‘Two Out O’ Three Ain’t Bad’.
