Tonight I am in Albion Street WMC, (The Nash). On stage it's, 'John Fitzpatrick', who is immaculately dressed, 'like the shoes. A perfectionist when it comes to sound and presentation, no problems there folks. He opened his first set with a Craig Douglas song, 'Only Sixteen', a good opener, songs by Jimmy Justice. Englebert Humperdinck was featured as was Julie Rogers, this was a request from a lady in the audience. There were some funny one liners there was a song from Tony Christie. There was quite a good house here in the Nash and I expect it will fill even more as the night goes. There were many more songs. It was a good show from John as usual. He closed this the first set with an old favourite, 'Love Is All'. A few of John's songs in the second set were an Elvis Presley hit, 'Return To Sender', a Sir Cliff hit followed when john sang, 'Lucky Lips', . Lots of the songs we don't hear too often and john puts them into his show, a different approach that goes well in the clubs. 'Out Of Time, one from the Back Street Boys. Well folks I have enjoyed tonight, good music, a good singer and some top company. . . Thank you everyone. BTW, Sharon had a win on the Bingo...
