Morley WMC Welcomes Hayley J.
There were quite a few in the club tonight for the visit of Hayley J, this lady is always dressed well for the stage, she has a powerful voice, like the shoes. Hayley opened her show with, 'Is It Love You're After'. Songs by 'Mama Cass', 'Pearls A Singer', an Elkie Brooke favourite. Hayley us us the stage well and links her songs together well: the next song was a Nancy Sinatra song. One I haven't heard in the clubs for a while, 'The Twelfth Of Never' which has been covered by many singers, (I really must get out more). A Shirley Bassey song was featured as a taster to Hayley's outfit in the second set which I will unfortunately miss. The final song in this set was, 'I Who Have Nothing'. A good set from Hayley 'J'. I have always said that she walks on stage with style and leaves in the same way.

The Fox and Grapes was very busy tonight; it was Steve, the Landlords birthday.
(21ish), the entertainment was Danny Tetley, what a voice. I was only there a short time but some of his songs were going down really well, some of the songs, 'Teenage Kicks', 'Can't Get Enough Of Your Love', Eric Carmen's, 'Hungry Eyes'. Danny was, as
always well dressed for the job. He has a wide repertoire, lots of which I hadn't heard him sing before. Week done Danny Tetley. You're a star....
