The Prince Of Wales was my destination tonight; not a lot in but it's early yet, the room began to fill up as I spoke. On stage and as the lovely young lady, Bethany Brookes who looked great in a long sequinned dress. Beth carries a good PA like the shoes, her opening song was Adele's, 'Rolling In The Deep', Beth moves well on stage and chooses just the right songs for the members. She has a terrific voice range. A Celo Green song came next, 'Forget You'. The club is looking great with all the decor and stage improvements, the club steward is doing a great job here. Songs by Whitney Houston, The Crystals, The Chiffons, Norman Greenbaum, one by the latest young sensation, Sam Smith, 'You're Not Only One', Beth closed the first set with a Tina Turner song, 'Proud Mary', yes a good opening set from Bethany Brookes.
