Willow Park WMC was very busy tonight, December 29th; I called in to see my great friend Carrie Michaels. She looked great in a three quarter red dress, like the shoes. Carrie's sound is operated by Jeannie her, Mum. I would like to add that Jeannie is excellent with the sound and she also sings excellent harmonies, what an act. The first song was,’ Proud Mary'. Next was,’ It Takes Two', Carries voice is top class and just gets better each time I see her. This she showed by singing, 'Unchained Melody', the next song, 'Don't Blame It On The Sunshine' included a lady from the Ladybalk club, Donna, The secretary, Malcolm and yes... Mr T to 'Dance'. I'll get you miss Michael's. I was given a new name, 'Mister Thruster", I didn't know I could 'Thrust', Carrie continued her set with Emile Sandi's, 'Clown', then an impressive Motown medley. This superb set ended with a song that got everyone at the Blackpool Command show a few years ago, 'As I Love You'. Her encore, on the ‘second’ set was, 'Human'. Well done Carrie...
