The Nash, yet again very busy; when I walked into the Albion Street club I was surprised on how busy it was tonight. On stage was evergreen entertainer / musician, Jimmy Echo; I could see Jimmy 100’s of times and never be bored with his show. In my eyes he is a living legend. Jimmy, as always was smartly dressed for the stage, he opened the second set with Roger Whittaker’s, ’Durham Town’ followed by Dire Straits, ‘Walk Of Life’. Jimmy is not just a singer, guitarist, he is quick with his one liners; the members were well and truly entertained. There were dancers on the floor as he carried on with more songs, a couple of Christmas songs, requested and there were songs by, Engelbert Humperdinck, ‘Ten Guitars’. what an entertainer… Jimmy Echo…
