Catherine Cooper At The Nash.
Another full house here in Albion Street WMC on Thursday night. On stage a young lady from the Wakefield area, Catherine Cooper looking fantastic in a very short white dress, (In her second set it was a silver sequined short dress and in the third , well another short one, this time blue, (LTS). Catherine has a lovely voice, a good PA, operated by her dad, Glen Cooper who did a fine job. Some of her songs were, the Shirelles, ‘Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow’, Emeli Sande’s,’Next To Me’, Bonnie Tyler’s, ‘It’s A Heartache’ and many more. I think I liked the last song which was another Emeli Sande song called, ‘Clown’. I'm a sucker for this style of song, Well done Catherine, Catherine is also a member of a three girl’s band called the Bon Bon’s that does well in the clubs and beyond…Another good night of entertainment in ‘The Nash’. I mustn’t forget Peter in the box, (Even if I didn’t win the bingo)… 11/10 for his and the committe's stirling work not forgetting the Bar Staff…
