The artiste tonight is a young attractive young lady called Alexandra Crellin,; she looked good in her stage outfit, like the shoes. I remember Alexandra when she was in a talent competition, in which she did well. Alexandra has a lovely voice, she opened her set with a song called, 'Ain't No Mountain High Enough', followed by 'There You'll Be'. 'Love Really Hurts'. Her stage outfit consists of a shortish dark coloured skirt and sequinned top. I have already noted the shoes, ok, here we go again, 'like the shoes'. Alexandra has a wide repertoire. Love her show. Well I think this is her first visit here in the Nash, she seems to be going well with the members. 'Get Right Back To Where I Started', 'Young Hearts', 'Proud Mary', 'River Deep Mountain High'. Alexandra closed her set with, 'It's Raining Men'.
The B & S club in Featherstone is busy tonight, I got here just in time for BINGO, hey! bingo helps makes the club's tick over. The entertainment is two lovely ladies who are, 'Seventh Heaven'. The equipment is good as are their backing tracks. I Like the stage attire, black trousers and blue sequinned tops. 'like the shoes.'The girls opened their show with, 'Baby When You're Gone', two lovely voices and tight harmonies, all the stage moves are choreographed. 'Foot Loose' was the next song; the members just love the girls. The next song, California Dreaming' was brilliant, I'm still loving the harmonies. They are Brilliant. There was an Abba song, 'Chiquitita', again those harmonies. Not forgetting the smiles from the girls. They sound more like ABBA than ABBA. There was, 'Build Me Up Buttercup'. One from Queen, The dance floor is full, and I mean, FULL. There was a Fleetwood Mac song I really loved called, 'Go Your Own Way'. Do NOT miss this tremendous duo, 'Seventh Heaven'. Lots more but I wanna listen and watch. The blonde lady is. Leah The Brunette is Layla...
