The B&S club in Featherstone was reasonably busy at 8pm.the act I have come to see is a male / female duo; Delise, they looked good in their stage wear, the sound system, the backing tracks, the voices, and the harmonies are excellent. Delise opened their show with, 'Rock This Town', one from the Stray Cats a great opener from Dave and Lisa, there was an Everly Brothers hit, 'Wake Up Little Suzy'. I like the introduction to the next song, a Bucks Fizz song from the Eurovision Song Contest, 'Making Your Mind Up'. I’ll bet you know what’s coming next, Yes the skirt came off and so did Dave's trousers. I won't describe the next part of their show, (it was good)' but the song was a Doris Day song, 'Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps'. This is a very varied show, great songs from different eras and even one from Les Miserable, 'Stars'. The young man in the chair, Joe Thomas, sang along. There followed an Irish number with Dave on the drums and hey, he's good. Oh, the song, 'Cry Of The Celtic'. The next song was, 'Every Breath You Take', in a different style, loved it, what a superb duo. The last song in this amazing, (and I don't use that word very often)' was 'The Impossible Dream'. What a show from DELISE...
