Alverthorpe Packed…
What a difference a week makes and on top of New Years Eve too; on stage was Ian Tyler who I had seen a couple of weeks ago in Ackworth. Tonight Ian was into his second 45 minute set, (The dance set).He was dressed from head to toe in black, NOT as seen in the picture. His sound system is good and he is an exellent entertainer. Ian had the crowd with him from the first couple of lines of his first song, ‘Chelsea Tango’. The dance floor quickly filled up. More of Ian’s songs were, ‘The Snake’,‘Do You Like Good Music’, ‘Runaround Sue’, ‘The Wonder Of You’ and an up tempo,‘Country Roads’. Another good performance from Ian Tyler.
