A Band In The Admiral Duncan, Wakefield...
I happened to catch sight of a profile on Face Book saying that; The Magical History Tour’ had pulled in at The Admiral Duncan pub on Friday night. I called in and found the pub quite busy; just before the band started their performance the place began to fill up. Now I have seen this band on a few occasions and they never cease to entertain me. OK, they don’t profess to be a sound-alike of the Beatles but they will do for me. They are brilliant entertainment...
Westgate Common concert secretary Les Turfrey was sitting with me and I’m sure he thoroughly enjoyed them. Just a few of the songs, (Obviously Beatles songs) were, ‘Magical Mystery Tour’, It Wont Be Long Now’, Day Tripper, ‘Strawberry
Fields’ and ‘Penny Lane’.What a show; if you like the Beatles or if you don’t, go and see them, you WILL love them. www.tragicalhistorytour’co/uk will help find where they are appearing.
