The George In Ossett Welcomed Tracy Lea...
This pub on Bank Street in the centre of Ossett has just undergone some refurbishment and decoration. The landlord and landlady are Martin & Denise; they booked Tracy Lea for their opening night and it was busy too. Tracy has a good voice and some good sound equipment; she was dressed in a short off the shoulder dress, (Lts).
Her opening song was ‘I Drove All Night’, the Celine Dion version; there were songs by The Corrs, Alisha Dixon, The Pointer Sisters, Jackie Wilson and many more. Next month it’s Tony Styles who is a Tony Christie tribute singer amongst his many more talents.
The George is looking to have some live music and possibly an open mic night... I wish them every success.
